Chef Clayton – Pitmaster
Chef Clayton is the driving force behind the fire at OMG BBQ Club. Originally from Sydney, he built his reputation in Tokyo working in some of the city’s most respected restaurants before opening his own highly acclaimed smokehouse, known for its authentic barbecue and handcrafted sausages.
With decades of experience behind the grill, Clayton brings passion, precision, and a deep respect for traditional barbecue techniques to every event. His dedication to bold, authentic flavors has earned him a loyal following, many of whom now gather regularly at OMG BBQ Club events to enjoy his unmistakable style of cooking.

Chisako – Kitchen Lead & Fire Marshal
Behind every great pitmaster stands a remarkable team, and Chisako is an essential part of ours. A talented cook with a deep passion for flavor, she brings creativity and precision to every event. Her signature Spanish paella has become a highlight of our gatherings, served as the final main dish of the day (しめ) and eagerly anticipated by our guests.
Beyond her culinary skills, Chisako is the backbone of our kitchen and event operations. From preparation to execution, she works side by side with Chef Clayton to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As a licensed Fire Marshal, she also keeps a watchful eye on safety, making sure our live-fire cooking is both exciting and secure.
With her dedication, skill, and steady presence, Chisako keeps the heart of our BBQ events beating strong.
Mr. Yone – Assistant Pitmaster & Media Manager
A longtime friend and devoted supporter of our BBQ gatherings, Mr. Yone has become an indispensable member of the OMG BBQ Club team. Often the first to arrive, he helps prepare the grills, set up equipment, and get the fire burning before the first guests appear.
As Assistant Pitmaster, he works alongside Chef Clayton to keep the barbecue running smoothly throughout the event. When he’s not tending the fire, he captures the spirit of our gatherings as our Media Manager, documenting the food, the laughter, and the unforgettable moments that make each event special.
With his reliability, enthusiasm, and ever-present smile, Mr. Yone brings both heart and energy to every BBQ we host.
